SHIPPING & RETURNS

We want you to LOVE your purchase(s), but we understand that sometimes it doesn't quite work. With that in mind we have the following policy:

In-store Purchases & Returns:

All items purchased in-store can be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days of the initial purchase. Items need to be in original condition with original tags attached. You must be able to provide your original receipt. 

All items marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for a store credit. 

In-store Pick Ups:

You will be notified by email when your in-store pick up order is ready. This process can take 1-5 business days. You must be able to provide proof of purchase by email. If a family member or friend is coming in on your behalf please notify us by message/email. 

Online Purchases & Shipping:

Orders will be prepped and shipped within 1-5 business days. All items are shipped expedited via Canada Post and will likely arrive within 3-5 days from the shipping date. 

Online purchases can be returned within 14 days of the purchase. If you need to make a return please notify us by email before shipping items back to the store. Once we receive your email we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with your return. All items must be returned in the original packaging & condition, or they will not be considered eligible for a refund. If any issues arise don't hesitate to contact us!

Please keep in mind that all shipping costs involved with returning items are non-refundable. We also recommend insuring the products because we will not be responsible for lost or missing items. 

If an item arrives damaged/broken please notify us immediately so we can work on having it replaced!
