SHIPPING & RETURNS

 

Returns:

We want you to LOVE your purchase(s), but we understand that sometimes it doesn't quite work. With that in mind we have the following policy:

In-store Purchases & Returns:

All items purchased in-store can be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days of the initial purchase date. Items need to be in original condition with original tags attached. You must be able to provide your original receipt or proof of purchase. 

All SALE ITEMS are FINAL SALE and do not qualify for a return or store credit.

Accessories such as; jewelry, sunglasses, hair clips, hats & bralettes are final sale for hygiene reasons.  

In-store Pick Ups:

You will be notified by email when your in-store pick up order is ready. This process can take 1-5 business days. You must be able to provide proof of purchase by email. If a family member or friend is coming in on your behalf please notify us by message/email. 

Online Purchases & Shipping:

Orders will be prepped and shipped within 1-5 business days. All items are shipped expedited via Canada Post and will likely arrive within 3-5 days from the shipping date. 

Shipping orders are time sensitive! If you need to make a change to your order please call the store the next business day so we can get it fixed up for you.

Online purchases can be returned within 14 days of the purchase. If you need to make a return please notify us by email before shipping items back to the store. Once we receive your email we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with your return. All items must be returned in the original packaging & condition, or they will not be considered eligible for a refund. If any issues arise don't hesitate to contact us!

Please keep in mind that all shipping costs involved with returning items are non-refundable. We also recommend insuring the products because we will not be responsible for lost or missing items. 

If an item arrives damaged/broken please notify us immediately so we can work on having it replaced.

*Please note: Any orders deemed lost/undelivered by Canada Post are eligible for a $100 refund (incuding shipping costs).
